A highly sought-after conference presenter, Yolanda’s passionate storytelling and relevant presentations inspire and empower survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and youth bullying. Along with being featured in several magazine articles, she is also a published author and mentor who teaches others to build their own ladder to success.

As a thought leader, Yolanda emboldens audiences to push beyond their past and grow to their next level, personally and professionally. She also encourages others to create the best version of themselves and become intentional in the pursuit of their life’s purpose and goals.

Along with earning an Associate of Applied Science Degree, Education and Training in 2012 at the Community College of the Air Force, she also holds an honorary doctorate and a Humanitarian Service Award from Trinity International University of Ambassadors.
